GROUND PORK
Finished product of GINISANG KAMANYANG
TED'S GINISANG KAMANYANG ATIN TALBUS
WITH PRITUNG GALUNGGONG

Ingredients:

¼ kilo ground pork or sliced pork liempo
1 small bundle kamanyang or 20 pcs/tied (slice 1 inch thick)
2 tied talbus kamanyang (get the tender parts of stem and leaves)
1 whole garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 pc. Vetsin
1 8g magic sarap seasoning granules
1 7g stir-fry ginisa – mccormick
1 tbsp. patis or fish sauce
1 cup water
1/8 cup cooking oil

½ kilo galunggong, cleaned and fried

Direction:

Saute garlic in hot oil until brown and add onion. Add ground pork, magic sarap, stir-fry ginisa, vetsin, patis, water and boiled until pork is tender. Add sliced kamanyang cook for 2 minutes then add the talbus and cover. Cook for a few minutes. Serve hot with the fried
Galunggong.
