TED'S BACHOY SPECIAL WATCH THE VIDEO

TED'S BACHOY SPECIAL

INGREDIENTS:

1 sachet of aji-sabaw nilagang baka, mixed in 1liter or less of water (20gms.)
1 pc. cabbage, small, thin sliced
4 pcs. eggs, hard-boiled, slced
2 packs miki small, soaked in water and boled for a few minutes
1 pack chicharon, crushed
2 pcs. onion leek, sliced

PROCEDURE:

Boil the water with the mixture of aji-sabaw nilagang baka. When it's boiling add the sliced
cabbage and boil for another minute. Set aside, crushed chicharon, peel the hard-boiled eggs and sliced. Also, slice the onion leek and soak miki and boil for few minutes. In a soup bowl put miki enough for 1 serving. Add boiled soup with cabbage, sliced egg, chicharon, and onion leek. Serve hot.

TED'S FRUIT SALAD WATCH THE VIDEO

TED'S FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1 can fruit cocktail, bigger sized can
1 can fruit cocktail, small sized can
1 bot. macapuno, bigger sized
4 tetra pack all-purpose cream
1 can condense milk, big
Note: We add only 1 condense milk, because macapuno is already sweet.
This fruit salad depend on your taste of too sweet or just mild.
You can also add fresh fruit if you want to be creative.

PROCEDURE:

Just add all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mixed all the ingredients to make it into ted's fruit salad. You can put the salad on a small plastic cup with cover and freeze.

TED'S STUFF AMPALAYA

INGREDIENTS:

1 pc. ampalaya, big size
1/4 kilo ground pork mix or ted's shang-hai mix
2 pcs. eggs, beaten
1 pack cornstarch, 55 gms.
1/4 cup cooking oil, for frying and sealing edges

PROCEDURE:

Slice ampalaya into four pieces and remove the content inside. Cook the mix ground pork in a small pan and set aside. Place the cooked meat inside the sliced ampalaya and drop each edges on beaten egg and cornstarch. And fry the ampalaya edges in cooking oil to sealed the edges. Put the ampalaya on a steamer with cover and steam for a few minutes or until the ampalaya gets tender. Sliced and serve.

FINISHED PRODUCT OF STUFF AMPALAYA.
